Following preliminary work, in order to further enhance the optimization of international outbound cargo processes, starting from 16:00 on May 11, 2026, the delivery mode of international outbound cargo at PACTL WEST will be adjusted to "security inspection first, then arrival". After the mode adjustment, all international outbound cargo will undergo security inspection and be stored in the warehouse first, followed by the issuance of arrival reports and receipt of inspection and release information. Existing inspection and related supporting services will be adjusted to be implemented after the cargo has been stored in the warehouse upon security inspection.

Please ensure that all agents adhere to regulatory requirements and make necessary preparations in advance. In accordance with the new model, please sort and ship international outbound goods based on individual shipping orders. Collaborate with our on-site personnel to maintain stable and secure on-site operations. This is a formal notice, and we appreciate your understanding and support!
