The measures of the customs of the people's Republic of China for the administration of enterprise credit for registration and filing, which were deliberated and adopted at the executive meeting of the General Administration of Customs on September 6, 2021, are hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of November 1, 2021. The measures of the people's Republic of China for the administration of Customs enterprise credit promulgated by order No. 237 of the General Administration of Customs on March 3, 2018 shall be repealed at the same time.
